Builder Biography

Wayne has been in the custom homebuilding business for over 35 years. With his start in southern California, Wayne moved to Northern Colorado in 1997 after discovering the beauty of the Colorado Front Range. Wayne founded H&O Homes in 2002 and has built several homes in Highland Meadows, Water Valley and Water Valley South for many satisfied homeowners. Many of them are so pleased, they have offered to open up their homes to Wayne upon request to allow him to show off his quality and style, thus making them a great referral source to allow you peace of mind.

Currently, H&O Homes, LLC is predominantly based in Water Valley South with a number of lots available to suit your needs, however, Wayne would love to build the home of your dreams anywhere you find that pleases you. We currently have just one waterfront lot available, so you better hurry!
